Functionalities and services

This solution includes a number of hours of parameterization for defining the particularities of the commercialization processes, as well as for data loading. These hours are determined, for each of the business segments defined in Article 8.2, as follows:

• ◾ Segment I: 70 hours of parameterization (Between 10 and less than 50 employees)
• ◾ Segment II: 40 hours of parameterization (Between 3 and less than 10 employees)
• ◾ Segment III: 30 hours of parameterization (Less than 3 employees)

This process is essential for the subsequent implementation and deployment of the digitalization solution that will provide, at a minimum, the functionalities and services detailed below:

  Data integration in BBDD

  The solution will allow access to other databases and the realization of comparisons with the data displayed.

  Data storage

  The solution must provide a storage capacity of at least 1 GB per user.

  Creation of data panels

  The solution will allow the creation of personalized data panels structured with relevant data and different forms of visualization.

  Data export

  The solution will allow the export of data to images or Excel documents, creating synergies and compatibilities with different commonly used programs for users.
