The main objective is to empower users to apply AI in optimizing their operational processes and improving the interactions and relationships they maintain with their customers.

Functionalities and services
This solution includes a number of hours for parameterization to define the particularities of the commercialization processes, as well as for data loading. These hours are determined, for each of the business segments as follows:
- ◾ Segment IV: 60 hours of parameterization (Between 50 and less than 100 employees)
- ◾ Segment V: 70 hours of parameterization (Between 100 and less than 250 employees)
This process is essential for the subsequent implementation and deployment of the digitization solution that will provide, at a minimum, the functionalities and services detailed below:

Management of potential customers (Leads)
Allows the incorporation of new contacts manually or through the import of files.

Customer management
Performs a detailed monitoring of the commercial activity, from the opening of the opportunity to the presentation of products or services and their eventual contracting.

Centralizes and manages all the real business opportunities identified.

Commercial actions or tasks
Offers the ability to generate sales actions and tasks, either manually or automatically, based on the sales workflow assigned to each opportunity.

Reporting, planning and commercial monitoring
Provides different levels of aggregation of commercial information for analysis.

Facilitates the visualization of relevant customer notifications in various graphic formats.

Document management
Integrates a system to organize and manage all commercial documentation in a single space.

Integration of various platforms
Offers the availability of APIs or Web Services to unify the information and data of the entire organization.

Responsive web (mobile / tablet)
Ensures that web pages are displayed and function correctly on both computers and mobile devices.
In addition, the following Artificial Intelligence features will be offered:
- Predictive Lead Scoring. Use of AI to analyze historical data and customer behavior, predicting and highlighting the most promising opportunities.
- Automation of meetings and tasks. Automation of appointment scheduling with clients and improvement of internal and external coordination.
- Automation of "sales journeys". AI will automate the management of tasks and opportunities, the classification and response of emails, the updating of records and the assignment of commercial tasks.
- Integration with the Customer Management platform. Availability of APIs or Web Services for the unification of data and information.
- Data, privacy and security. Compliance with regulations such as the GDPR and the data limits of the CE. It will be guaranteed that users know when they are interacting with an AI system. Suppliers will provide technical documentation and comply with the Copyright Directive.

Training in the fundamentals of generative AI in the field of customer management.
20-hour training over two months per user, taught by a human instructor (in person or online), with a final diploma. The contents include:
- • Basic fundamentals (regulations, ethical and safety risks).
- • Specific training in: predictive management of clients (current and potential) and opportunities, automation of meetings and sales tasks, automation of "journeys" (emails, records, assignment), chatbots (FAQs) and intelligent document management.
