Functionalities and services

This solution includes a number of hours for parameterization to define the particularities of the commercialization processes, as well as for data loading. These hours are determined, for each of the business segments as follows:

• ◾ Segment IV: 80 hours of parameterization (Between 50 and less than 100 employees)
• ◾ Segment V: 80 hours of parameterization (Between 100 and less than 250 employees)

This process is essential for the subsequent implementation and deployment of the digitization solution that will provide, at a minimum, the functionalities and services detailed below:

  Automation of processes and workflows

  The solution must allow the digitization and / or automation of processes (horizontal or vertical), as well as other internal management functions.

  Integration with platforms

  The solution must offer APIs or web services to integrate with other tools.

  Updatable

  The solution must be able to update to new versions.

  Scalable

  The solution must adapt to the growth or changes in the business structure of the SME.

  Training in generative AI for process management

  Training will be provided to prepare employees in the above functionalities, which will include:

  • Basic fundamentals: Introduction to regulations and ethical and safety risks.
  • Specific training in: automation and optimization of workflows (accounting and finance, billing, projects, inventory, purchases and payments, human resources, logistics, etc.), financial management, data interpretation and continuous learning.
  • Duration: The training will have a total duration of 20 hours over two months per user.
  • Instructor: The training will be given by a human instructor, available both in person and online.
  • Certification: A diploma of acquired skills in AI will be awarded upon completion of the training.
