SOLUTION APPLIED TO THE CLIENT
Development and implementation of a system based on Artificial Intelligence for the automatic detection and inspection of water management devices, at Arana's facilities.
The solution incorporates a Artificial Vision system capable of analyzing, in real time, the devices circulating on the production belt, identifying and classifying those with deformities or manufacturing defects before leaving the plant. For its implementation, an industrial cabin equipped with a camera and controlled lighting was designed, ensuring optimal capture conditions. From the images obtained, AI models were trained to enable automated detection and classification with high levels of accuracy and speed.
The system also includes an interactive visual interface that displays the result of each inspection in real time, indicating the device status (suitable or defective) and the model's confidence level.
Thanks to this solution, Arana has successfully automated final quality control, reducing human errors, improving process efficiency and ensuring that only products meeting quality standards reach the customer.
